These terms form the agreement between you and SecuReno Inc., operating as Sahira Cleaning (“we”, “us”), for residential cleaning services booked through this website, by phone, or through one of our representatives. 1. Services
The scope of each service (Standard, Deep, Move In, Move Out, Regular Upkeep and any extras) is described on our website and in your booking summary. We clean accessible interior surfaces; we do not move heavy furniture, work at unsafe heights, or handle hazardous materials.
2. Prices, estimates and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. HST (13%) is added and shown separately before you book. The total shown at checkout, based on the details you provide, is the price for your booking. If you select a condition that requires assessment, or your home is larger than our online limits, the amount is clearly labelled as an estimate and we will confirm the final price with you before any charge. We will not increase the price of a booking after you have accepted it. If the home differs materially from the details provided, we will contact you before doing additional work.
3. Deposits and payment
A deposit is required to secure some appointments. The deposit amount is shown before you book, includes HST, and is applied in full toward your total. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
- You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment; any deposit paid is refunded in full to the original payment method.
- For cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment, we may retain up to $50.00 of your deposit to cover reserved staff time. Any amount paid above that is refunded.
- You may reschedule online to any available time up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- If we must cancel, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Recurring plans
Recurring plans have no minimum term. The first visit is charged at the regular price; later visits receive the discount shown when you subscribed. Each recurring visit is billed only after it has been completed. If you authorize us to save your card, we will charge it only for completed visits at the agreed price; you may withdraw that authorization, pause, change or cancel your plan at any time from your account.
6. Access, safety and pets
Please provide safe access to the home and any access instructions at booking. Let us know about pets. If our team cannot access the home at the scheduled time, the late-cancellation terms may apply.
7. Concerns
If something isn't right, please contact us within 48 hours of your cleaning so we can review it with you.
8. Your information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law. A copy of your agreement (booking confirmation and these terms) is available in your account and is sent by email when email delivery is enabled.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
