How is commercial cleaning priced?
Every facility is quoted individually. We look at the size, layout, number of washrooms, flooring, how often you need cleaning and the hours you prefer. You get the scope and price in writing, with HST added.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Many clients choose evenings or weekends so staff and customers are not disturbed. Tell us your preferred hours in the request.
Do you provide supplies and equipment?
We bring the cleaning supplies and equipment for the scope we quote. If you want specific products used, or want to supply consumables like paper and soap, tell us and we'll note it in the scope.
We have building rules, key control or security requirements. Is that a problem?
No. Put your access arrangements, alarm procedures and any insurance or documentation requirements in the request. We'll confirm in writing what we can meet before we start.
Can I book a one-time deep clean or a post-construction clean?
Yes. One-time cleans are quoted the same way as ongoing service. Tell us the size, condition and your deadline.
How quickly can we start?
That depends on the scope and our schedule. Share your ideal start date in the request, and we'll tell you what is realistic when we send the quote.
