SecuReno Inc., operating as Sahira Cleaning, respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone number.
- Service details: address, home details, access instructions, pets, preferences and booking history.
- Payment records: amounts, dates and the last four digits and brand of saved cards. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Photos you choose to upload with a custom quote request.
- Technical data needed to keep the site secure (for example IP address for rate limiting and security logs).
How we use it
- To price, schedule, perform and invoice your cleaning, and to communicate about your bookings.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To send promotional emails or text messages only if you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who can see it
Only staff who need it: administrators, and the cleaners assigned to your appointment (who see the address, access notes and job details for that visit). Service providers we use — such as Stripe (payments) and our email provider — process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Data is stored in access-controlled databases with encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed. Uploaded photos are stored privately and accessible only to administrators. Some service providers may store data outside Canada.
Retention
We keep booking and financial records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can access and update your information in your account, and you may request access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal information by calling (343) 700 1124, emailing support@secureno.ca, or writing to SecuReno Inc., 1415 Talcy Cres, Orléans, ON K4A 3C6.
