Recurring plan questions
Is there a contract?
No minimum term. You can pause or cancel your plan at any time from your account; visits already completed are billed at the agreed price.
When am I charged?
The first visit requires the usual deposit. Each later visit is billed after it is completed — with your saved card only if you explicitly authorize it, otherwise by invoice.
Can I change frequency or extras?
Yes. Changes are re-priced instantly and apply to future visits.
